I have wanted to be a mental health therapist since high school when I was first introduced to psychology and human behavior. Trauma, patterns of behavior, and connections have always piqued my interest. I have worked with individuals with anxiety, addictions, and relationship concerns and have found that by healing the trauma within, individuals and couples grow, learn to cope, and improve their lives.

Mental health therapy isn't just talking it out; the work we do together will go deep into your memories, emotions, and cognitions. I use EMDR, ego states, coping skills, and grounding skills to explore what you've been through to help you recover and have a better today and future.
