A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is based upon clients' individual needs. Everyone is the author of their own story, and I am simply a guide. I specialize in helping individuals who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Trauma/PTSD, and substance use disorders. I utilize a range of modalities including CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness-Based Therapies.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to gain insight into their mental health, identify triggers, manage stressors, and change unwanted behaviors. They will leave with a deeper sense of self, tools to use in real-life situations, and a better understanding of the body, mind, spirit connection.
