Great to meet you!

As a mom of two young children, I understand the balancing act that comes with being a parent as well as the need to manage anxiety. I specialize in working with moms who are struggling with daily stressors with increasing anxiety and depression in their life.

I also have a background in treating addiction and managing healthy substance use. This is a nonjudgmental space to discuss substance use and how it best fits into your life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with clients who are striving to balance life stressors and cope effectively. I know that feeling overwhelmed can make it hard to step back and identify the root of the problem. I'm here to work through the tough issues and find a healthy balance so that you can thrive, not just survive.

What you can expect from our first session

I use a lot of positive psychology and strength-based treatment while still being realistic about challenges. My style is very "person-centered", meaning that I want to focus on your goals and what is important to you. I also individualize our sessions to your unique needs and personality. We will take time to find what works for you and your specific circumstances and desires.
