I specialize in the treatment of substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, as well as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, career counseling and trauma. I combine formal training in psychotherapy and psychological assessment with over two decades of practical treatment experience within the full continuum of behavioral health services.

My goal is to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental environment, in which to receive the support and treatment needed to get relief from the symptoms that are bothering you most. I utilize a warm, empathic approach to form a strong therapeutic alliance and work collaboratively with my patients. My style is eclectic; incorporating person centered perspectives with components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness training.

It is my belief that the treatment provided by professionals should be at the level that one would want for their own loved ones. It is my hope that patients will feel heard, supported, and gain insight through engaging in therapy.
