Welcome! I can't wait to get to know you! But until then, here is just a little bit about me. I have a master of arts in Forensic Psychology and a master's in social work. I am a licensed chemical dependency counselor and am currently working toward my certification in sex therapy. I am passionate about working with diverse populations, especially the LGBTQIA+ community. I look forward to meeting you and getting to know one another further. See you soon!

I use an integrative approach but incorporate elements of psychodynamic theory primarily. Each theory offers a unique perspective that could benefit the client as it relates to their experience.

The idea of seeking the right individual to share your story can feel overwhelming and uncomfortable. BUT! You and I will make a great team on your therapy journey. I try to incorporate positivity and humor into each session as a reminder that your decision to be in therapy is a positive first step toward where you want to be!
