I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in Massachusetts. in 2018 I earned a Masters Degree in Psychology & Counseling from Lesley University. I have over 10 years of experience working in the healthcare industry in various clinical settings, working with at risk teens, individuals diagnosed with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mood disorders, anxiety disorders and substance use disorders.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process that assists clients in gaining the insight necessary to improve their quality of life. I understand how difficult it can be to start therapy; I am committed to creating a client-centered, therapeutic alliance based on trust, empathy and understanding.
