Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has experience working with children, teens, and adults as anyone can face transitional periods that can become overwhelming. My passion is to help others thrive, feel empowered, and learn the tools to overcome challenges that may come their way. I work with populations struggling with depression, anxiety, social anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, family struggles, ADHD, and trauma-related symptoms.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I often use a humanistic approach, in which clients have the potential to achieve self-actualization. Nevertheless, I use an eclectic approach, meaning I draw from different theories and techniques to cater to the needs of my clients.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is for clients to learn more about themselves, learn to navigate the obstacles that may make life challenging, and improve their overall wellbeing by providing a welcoming and non-judgmental space.
