I am a dually licensed therapist specializing in traditional psychotherapy, to assist you in addressing the symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, and Addictions. Educationally, I completed my Masters of Science in Social Work from UNC Charlotte and hold licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist.

In addition, to “talk therapy” and numerous modalities, I am Certified in and incorporate holistic techniques: Mindful Sound Based Mediations (Rhythm Healing), Qigong (Chinese Yoga), and the use of Neurofeedback (brain training) to assist you in learning more about your challenges and help you improve your mind, body and spirit.
