Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of studying dreams, I have long been fascinated by the workings of the psyche. In 2016, I began studying counseling within the psychoanalytic tradition of Depth Psychotherapy. I interned and was later employed by an agency that specialized in family systems theory and training, working with a diverse population including many children, couples, and families. I specialize in working with any issues of relationship, family issues, trauma, parenting issues, and spiritual issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I draw upon artistic, creative and spiritual backgrounds to understand the deeper workings of the unconsious, and bring a compassionate and inquisitive approach to my clients. I offer a warm supportive presence, with an emphasis on cultivating curiosity and self-understanding. For those seeking a deeper journey to explore the roots of their thoughts, actions, and patterns, I can offer skilled guidance.

What you can expect from our first session

When working with me, you can expect solid and steadfast support, a deeply caring presence, and a compassionate warrior to stand beside you in battle. My goal is to make all parts of self feel welcome and understood.
