A bit about my approach to therapy

Creating an atmosphere of safety and acceptance is a priority. I strongly value

collaboration, community building and wellness. From this perspective I believe in

standing by others through their journey and work with various therapeutic modalities

that are trauma conscious including expressive techniques and multicultural counseling.
