I thoroughly enjoy my counseling work and put a lot of energy and focus into each session, and so do the clients who most enjoy working with me. If you suffer from anxiety, depression, feelings of shame, low motivation, obsessive-thoughts, or relationship issues (or any combination of these); and if you love to learn more about yourself, including your strengths, challenges, and unique characteristics, then I think we could be a great match!

My counseling approach is flexible and mindfulness-based, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I believe that practicing mindfulness and acceptance of your thoughts and feelings can help you achieve meaningful goals and lead a valued life.

Our sessions will include more than coping skills training. Expect to learn how your symptoms function, what really matters to you, and how you can grow to meet the challenges of your life with greater confidence and resilience.
