Great to meet you!

Hi I’m Jack, a License Mental Health Counselor and graduate of NYU’s top-ranked Mental Health Counseling program. My primary areas of clinical interest include Trauma, Stress, Anxiety, and Self-Esteem. I‘ve worked in private practice, school, homeless, and foster care settings, which has afforded me a uniquely diverse breadth of experience and expertise. I have proficiency in utilizing therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Psychodynamic.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I aim to assist you in exploring the challenging unknowns of your inner mind. Through our work together, we will identify the suppressed emotional territories of your clandestine awareness to free you from judgment, fear, and self-criticism. This exploration will ultimately lead us to a path of self-discovery and self-empowerment, enabling you to live a life of joy and optimism.

What you can expect from our first session

Through our work together you'll work to reestablish healthy habits, reframe and process unhelpful thought patterns, and develop increased confidence. You'll cultivate strong communication skills and effective conflict resolution strategies. You'll achieve a greater level of interpersonal satisfaction, pride, and self-worth that will soon bring immense satisfaction, and eventually, the phrase "I'm worth it!" will become a natural part of your everyday life.
