Great to meet you!

I completed my MSW at Temple University in 2009 and my Occupational Therapy degree at St. Catherine University in 2013. I offer a unique blend of expertise to guide clients through various life challenges. With experience spanning outpatient, inpatient, and community settings, I've had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, from infants to adults.

If you're seeking guidance through life's challenges, I'm here to help you discover your inner strength and resilience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Whether your inflection point is grief and loss, becoming a parent, a new diagnosis, navigating a career change, or coping with a major life event, I provide compassionate support and practical strategies to help individuals and families navigate transitions with resilience.

Using a strength-based approach I partner with children and adults to advocate for themselves and process their life experiences in a supportive environment.

What you can expect from our first session

Scheduling your first appointment is a major step to be celebrated in your journey through therapy. During our first session I will seek to understand your goals for therapy. We will define a successful therapy experience. Then we will set goals and determine how we will monitor our progress. I understand the need for goodness of fit with your therapist, and we will spend time making sure I can meet your needs.
