Being human there is no doubt that all of us have experienced anxiety, depression, grief, and changes that have had us asking questions about how we can better cope. The beauty of therapy is that a therapist can help create a space with you to help facilitate that exploration and find ways to help improve life overall. Simply put sometimes we just need a neutral person to talk to and bounce ideas off! I have worked in addiction treatment for 14 years and absolutely love being a therapist.

I am eclectic and support your goals, you lead the treatment. I use a variety of approaches but the main one is Person Centered meaning you lead your care!

You will be heard and validated. No question is the wrong question and there is no need to code switch. My goal is to help you set realistic goals and help guide you to work toward them at your pace. I will also help hold you accountable as sometimes a gentle push is motivation. Change is uncomfortable and I can sit with you while your growth happens.
