I have over 23 years of experience as a therapist working with all ages of individuals with various backgrounds. I spent over 13 years working in various capacities of Behavioral Health in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings. I have over 7 years of experience working with chronically medically ill clients and over 10 years of experience working as a crisis clinician. I worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs for over 1.5 years.

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive and live the quality of life they deserve. My goal is to collaboratively guide my clients to develop resilience where there was once negativity, fear, avoidance, or pain.

My ultimate goal is to work collaboratively with my clients, helping them overcome their unique obstacles and challenges to become the best possible version of themselves. I believe in the power of therapy to facilitate positive change, and I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to greater mental and emotional well-being.
