Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has significant experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Messiah University. I have had the privilege of witnessing and holding space for many individuals identifying their true selves. I am passionate about and experienced in providing care related to anxiety, adjustments, self-esteem, and parenting just to name a few.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Generally, I utilize a person centered, cognitive-behavioral therapeutic approach to meet clients where they are mentally, emotionally, and physically when presenting for therapy. I am trained in a variety of modalities and certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I provide a safe, non-judgemental environment for clients to freely express themselves.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with clients who may be struggling with a variety of mental health issues. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to challenge those thoughts, feelings, and/or emotions.
