Great to meet you!

My passion is supporting individuals in becoming increasingly attuned to their true self and identity, gently observing the obstacles and barriers that have muddied the waters. Whether you seek relief from anxiety, clarity around a difficult life decision, or simply a safe place to explore what has been kept in the dark, you want the support of someone who will deeply listen, reflect, and challenge you to grow.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I draw on trainings and experience in Mindfulness, MI, Internal Family Systems and DBT to inform the structure of sessions. The natural world is my favorite co-facilitator! I offer walking and sitting sessions outside, incorporating movement and connection into our collaborative work. I strive to keep learning and adding resources to share, currently studying the Hakomi method, doing research in psychedelic assisted psychotherapy, and continuing work on spiritual abuse recovery.

What you can expect from our first session

We will work collaboratively to find the goals and objectives that resonate with you, whether that be relief from a particular symptom or a stronger self of self. We will start by building a strong rapport, so that you feel truly supported and comfortable in the process. You can expect to feel deeply listened to, and to be gently challenged in order to find growth.
