Great to meet you!

Whether this is your first time seeking help or you're returning to therapy just for that extra level of support then you've come to the right place! Every person has a story and every story is unique. It's my goal to make sure all my clients feel heard and supported, as well as learn the tools necessary to tackle life's challenges. You will find a warm, empathetic, and caring provider who is willing to go that extra mile for his clients. I look forward to speaking with you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm trained in multiple evidenced based treatments for depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief, but I am also flexible and willing to try new approaches to see what works for you! I have a Down-to-Earth attitude and approach, but also a professionalism that comes from years of experience working with a wide range of issues.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients often find that I am one of the few people they can truly open up to. You will find a safe space to discuss, explore, and process your most important experiences.
