Great to meet you!

My name is Grant Prenzler, I have my MA in Clinical Counseling with a specialty in Art Therapy. I'm licensed in the state of Michigan with my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor). I'm also an ATR (Art Therapist Registered) through the Art Therapy Credentials Board. I'm very passionate about counseling and art therapy, I view it as a privilege to be a part of a client's journey of growth. My areas of focus are anxiety and depression, but I have experience in many other areas.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Existential, Humanistic, and Holistic Therapy, to help you achieve any goals you may have in counseling. I am also trained as an Art Therapist if you feel you will benefit from this. I strive to help you make your own decisions and to support you during your endeavors to achieve your interpersonal goals through a collaborative effort.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim for you to have a positive and insightful experience. I aim to be collaborative with clients and their goals. I truly believe that the clients should be in control of where their therapy goes, and what it is they want to focus on, and I encourage them to be the biggest advocates of their treatment.
