Great to meet you!

I hold a Masters in Social Work and have worked in hospitals, schools, and family programs. I focus on trauma, grief and loss, parenting, and the parent-child relationship. I work with clients to find identity and acceptance as their lives and circumstances change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I meet my clients at their starting point. Wherever you are at when you come to therapy is where I am most excited to meet you. I utilize strengths based and solutions focused approaches that incorporate CBT, ACT, and mindfulness techniques to help clients come away from sessions with usable skills to implement immediately.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients will come away from my sessions feeling empowered, supported, and safe. I aim to create a space where we can explore your life together, and build skills to meet your goals.
