Hi! I was born and raised in Los Angeles. I am a first generation college graduate, fluent in Spanish and English. I have experience in guiding adult individuals and families through trauma, anxiety, depression and providing healthy coping skills.

I believe there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations. I will work with you to identify your needs and strengths to develop a healing path that provides therapeutic support and lifelong skills to overcome life’s challenges.
