I have worked with undeserved communities for more than a decade and have helped many of those I have provided therapy. Like every other person some of us have the ability to overcome stress, anxiety, self doubts, but after a couple of decades of living it becomes more difficult. A bit about my approach to therapy
As a bilingual Spanish/English therapist, I use a number of techniques to address a client's state of mind. The main technique is Cognitive Behavioral (CBT). To put it simply, the way you think is the way you act. Changing that conversation inside your head when you get mad can lead to different results. It sounds simple, but is not.
