Supporting people achieve meaningful lives and have connected relationships is my life’s calling. As an immigrant, I have experienced personally the challenges of adjusting to a new 'everything'. As a breast cancer survivor myself, I understand the challenges of dealing with complicated health issues, loss, depression and anxiety. A Christian counseling perspective is offered to those clients who may choose such approach. Services are offered in English and Spanish.

The counseling process is based on a relationship characterized by trust, confidentiality and mutual respect where the client is the expert on her/his issues and together we identify the goals that you will like to work on. The services are offered via telehealth, which is very similar to using zoom.

My goal is for you to feel listened to, understood and validated. I work hard to provide not only a safe and compassionate therapeutic environment, but also practical tools for you to utilize daily so that you can reach your full potential.
