Hi! I'm Genesis and I am a LMHC. My goal is to provide a warm, and welcoming environment for all my clients. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to share your thoughts and feelings without fear of being misunderstood. I specialize in guiding clients through life changes, developing skills for stress management, and improving relationships.

My approach is a combination of CBT and strength based. As your guide we bring awareness on how our thoughts and emotions influence our behaviors and how we can implement our strengths to essentially flip the script on how we treat ourselves and others.

During sessions I hope to help you discover your automatic reactions to unexpected events, why you might respond in that way and how use skills to begin to respond in a way that better serves you.
