A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is conversational with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques as well as utilizing art therapy, homework assignments, and solution-focused activities. I specialize in helping individuals gain the skills they need to manage their depression and anxiety. I also support individuals dealing with autism spectrum disorder as well as bipolar disorder.
