Great to meet you!

Infusing the principles of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy and other evidence based practices into our work together, I empower others to heal, take charge of their lives, create moments of peacefulness, and cultivate meaningful relationships.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice is built on the belief that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and to feel heard without the fear of being judged. With a warm and empathic demeanor, I provide a compassionate, strengths-based culture of care in which to explore life’s challenges and build the tools to achieve the quality of life that you desire. Accepting adults (ages 18+) only at this time

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is a gift you give yourself. It provides an opportunity to simply pause, take time to attend to your own needs and well being, and to discover and build upon your own individual strengths. By establishing trust within the therapeutic relationship, clients can explore strategies for coping with the anxiety and depression that often accompanies work stress, relationship issues, life transitions, health challenges, and healing from trauma and loss, to live life more comfortably.
