A bit about my approach to therapy

My treatment method consists of a person-centered approach with evidenced-based medication management; and while working as a team, I provide a combination of psychiatric medication, supportive/talk therapy, and encourage lifestyle changes.

What you can expect from our first session

At the initial visit, we create a mutual therapeutic relationship and trust. I will actively listen to their concerns and empathize with the client. At the end of the initial visit, the client should feel as though they have an advocate for their mental health, and that they have a safe environment to work through whatsoever is needed. The therapeutic treatment and goals will be formulated and discussed. There would be a mutual resolution to make need mental health needs person-centered.
