Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist with over 20 years of experience. I received my MSSW from the University of Tennessee College of Social Work, Memphis, TN in 1990. By applying complementary therapeutic approaches and techniques, I will help you change long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

To help meet my client’s needs, my therapy style is warm, respectful, non-judgemental, compassionate and sensitive. My approach is rooted in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), and EMDR.
