Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Francesca, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 20 years of experience in the field. I have spent much of my career working in the non-profit sector with adolescents, adults, and families, addressing a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, family conflict, interpersonal relationships, and life-stage transitions. I have experience in structural family therapy, multi-systemic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in the belief that we all deserve a life worth living. My goal is to help you achieve your own goals, find resolutions to challenges, and ultimately to hold space for you, however that looks.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope that you walk away from sessions feeling unburdened and hopeful for your future path. Each session will be a challenge, but I will be there to help you navigate it.
