I am a person who struggled with my own mental health for several years. I have first hand understanding of challenge, such as how it feels to desire isolation because of depression , feelings of uncontrollable anger, or how anxiety can influence avoidance, and even experience as not living as my true authentic self because of judgement. I embarked on my journey to work through the obstacles using the same unique approach I offer my clients today.

I know it is hard talking to someone that you do not know, so have a person centered approach to therapy.. I am down to earth, easy to talk to and create a safe place for you to be able to open up and be free.. I use solution focused, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavior therapy

A client can expect to walk away feeling heard, validated and understood. I also make sure my clients walk away learning at least one thing in each session.
