I take an empathetic and supportive approach to treatment in order to help individuals work through their sense of self, relationships, substance use, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions/situations in order to feel empowered. By creating a safe, judgment free space, individuals are able to explore and work on overcoming difficulties in their lives. I often utilize techniques from many therapeutic interventions such as Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to work collaboratively with individuals to help to achieve growth oriented experiences.
