Life can be "a lot". Balancing responsibilities, roles, and relationships can get overwhelming. Even when others think you "have it together," your inner world can be unsatisfying and disconnected.

You aren't alone!

You don't have to stay stuck carrying the weight of unresolved hurts and emotional pain.

I help empower adults to find authentic healing and mental and emotional well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I’m passionate about meeting people where they are. I take the time to understand the context of my client’s experiences and what inspires their goals and desires.

I use evidence-based techniques such as CBT (think identifying yours and how they impact your actions) in a pragmatic way.

I help my clients find inner awareness in their real lives.

Health and healing are sustainable when care is holistic, practical, and relevant.

What you can expect from our first session

Initial sessions focus on rapport building and establishing client-lead goals. A positive therapeutic relationship is the foundation for desired outcomes.

Each session is unique to an individual. I aim to meet each client with compassion, humor, respect, and hope. Therapy is a space to be heard without judgment. It’s the place to find authentic healing and intentional growth.

Please Note: I'm not currently an EAP provider.
