Great to meet you!

I am a cisgender, fat-bodied, neurodiverse, and queer-identified therapist who has experience working with a wide range of concerns including gender identity/transition, LGBTQ+ concerns, kink/polyamory, fat phobia, body image, self esteem issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relational conflict, complex trauma, grief and loss.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a relational and conversational approach centered on the clients needs and helping the client to see other perspectives and ask themself the right questions to get where they want to be.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a judgement free zone, where they are supported in their own autonomy and assisted in looking at all of the perspectives of a situation, in order to make the best choice for themself.
