Great to meet you!

My name is Emily Kasper, I specialize in working with children, teens, young adults, and parents. I specialize in trauma and attachment disorders but more importantly, I believe that everyone deserves to be seen, heard and valued. I believe we are able to heal and shift dysfunctional relationships through the safe and secure relationship in therapy. I am EMDR trained, and use many integrative approaches to best support each individual client.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe every person needs a safe place to share their feelings and be shown unconditional acceptance. Raising children is incredibly challenging, especially in today’s times. I am here to provide support for children, teens, parents, & to help you build a secure and safe connection and ultimately, improve your relationship with yourself.

What you can expect from our first session

I am very client focused, and believe healing occurs through safe and secure relationships. I think therapy is a very collaborative process, and each client should be met where they are today. As a therapist, my primary focus is creating trust, connection, and empathy to truly understand, support, and help shift dysfunction and help you be the person you want to become.
