Great to meet you!

You have taken a big step by arriving at this page. Life can be difficult, and we can all use help in navigating its challenges. I support people with managing stress, increasing self-confidence, and strengthening relationships. I provide a healing space for clients to grow and change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I empower clients to discover their strengths and form strong foundations for therapeutic work. Let’s be real here-therapy IS work. I focus on client-centered approaches. I am experienced in including creative and expressive arts techniques. I find that many people have what they need success within them. I can help clients unlock the door to those strengths.

What you can expect from our first session

The first therapy session doesn't have to be scary. I offer a space for you to connect and tell your story of where you have been and where you want to go. I work with you to find ways to feel better, using humor and creativity along the way. I invite you to schedule a consultation if my approach seems like a good fit for you.
