Great to meet you!

I have been working in mental health treatment for nearly 20 years. I offer early morning appointments for Illinois residents. If you work atypical hours, or just prefer mornings, my schedule will be perfect for you (1am-12:00pm, depending on the day). Lots of my clients like to get in a session before their work day begins, to start the morning off right!

A bit about my approach to therapy

If you are currently struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks and/or major life changes, you have come to the right place. I provide support and suggest interventions that will help you live a better and fuller life. My primary theoretical approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide support and suggest interventions that will help you live a better and fuller life. My philosophy stems from meeting my clients where they are at; I want to collaborate with you to ensure your goals are met in a way that makes sense to you. I meet clients where they are and provide support and strategies in a judgement free manner. I enjoy helping clients navigate through challenges that come up in their lives, while providing tools to help manage their mental health long-term.
