I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Art Therapist, and Registered Expressive Arts Therapist. I specialize in working with women who have suffer from the impact of trauma, anxiety and grief/loss. I use a combination of evidence based therapies with Expressive Arts Therapy.

My approach is to move at your pace and respect your process. Change is so difficult otherwise you wouldn’t be considering reaching out for help. I do not pressure clients nor do I set the agenda. You decide the direction of the session. You decide your long term goals.

I want you to leave each session empowered and closer to seeing your true self. This is not an easy process. So many of us struggle with the stories we tell ourselves.
