Great to meet you!

The world is real rough sometimes isn't it? Let's find a gentle place for you to land. Maybe you're struggling with a relationship that's not working out or you find yourself feeling anxious or irritable without knowing why. Let me help you find more flow in your life, to move through past difficulties and reconnect with your body and your creative self. I strive towards anti-oppressive work and am queer and neurodivergent affirming.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a non-judgmental and encouraging approach as well as techniques from somatic, movement, and expressive arts therapies to help you find ways to build a stronger relationship with yourself. I have extensive experience working with trauma. I have worked in community mental health for the past two years and social services for almost a decade. I completed a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Dance/Movement Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

You'll set the goals that feel most important to you with my guidance and support. We'll work together to determine how your mental health is impacting you and the changes you might want to make in your life. You set the course and I'll be your guide along the way. We'll work on building a supportive and trusting relationship where you can be authentic and show up in whatever way you need to that day.
