I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience working with individuals facing various challenges. I have worked primarily in outpatient, individual therapy settings and specialize in trauma and anxiety.

I utilize EMDR, an evidenced-based intervention for trauma symptoms and use exposure interventions to decrease anxiety. I also use ERP for OCD and DBT skills.
