Hello, my name is Elexus, I have been in the mental health field for about 8 years working with adolescents, individuals, and couples.

I am a certified Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and obtained my Master’s from Texas Wesleyan University.

I am passionate about destigmatizing mental health in BIPOC communities. specialize in working with individuals who are feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a collaborative approach that focuses on how our childhood, past, and environment influence our current behavior. Often times we develop unhealthy patterns to help us cope with past traumas and difficulties situations.
