A bit about my approach to therapy

Services are provided in NC through telehealth. A warm, open, and authentic environment is paramount in the process of self-search to overcome internal and/or external challenges. I provide a client-centered approach utilizing evidence-based clinical intervention. I provide a nurturing and structured approach. Experienced in working with the dually diagnosed client to enhance recovery (at maintenance stage- 6 months or longer) while strengthening safe coping skills.

A very significant part of clinical work is developing a meaningful professional relationship where the client can feel heard and validated. A place for clients to be able to safely address any internal and or external stress or situation in a healthy way while positive, consistent, and significant life changes can occur.
