Great to meet you!

As a marriage and family therapist, I'm committed to helping individuals, couples, and families learn how to increase confidence, improve communication, and deepen intimacy in their most significant relationships. I have a B.S. in psychology and an M.A. in marriage and family therapy with over six years of experience working with children, teens, and adults from a variety of backgrounds and walks of life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach to therapy, using CBT techniques to challenge unhelpful thinking, mindfulness practices to regulate emotions, and communication skills to help you develop the confidence to interact with the people around you in a way that feels authentic to you. I have specialized training in communication and conflict management including the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

My work focuses on helping you identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and discover a path forward that excites you. I believe you are the expert of your life, which is why I take a collaborative approach in helping you feel empowered to work towards your desired goals for yourself and your relationships.
