Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Edmary and I've been a psychotherapist for almost 10 years. I strongly believe that therapy is not a quick fix but a journey of self-discovery & healing. I've supported individuals in schools, clinics, and hospitals. I specialize in anxiety, women's issues, depression, and adjustments. Let's create a safe space where you can openly express yourself. Together, we'll develop personalized strategies for your wellness journey. Take a brave step toward positive change and reach out today!

A bit about my approach to therapy

One of the things I love about individual psychotherapy is that it is tailored to each person's unique needs and experiences. That is why my approach is eclectic but I prefer to use cognitive-behavioral therapy. I will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that takes into account your goals, values, and strengths.

What you can expect from our first session

In my work with clients, I often talk about the importance of owning and sharing our stories. Individual psychotherapy is a safe space where you can do just that. I am here to listen, without judgment, and to help you make sense of your experiences. I can offer guidance, support, and feedback as you work through challenges and make decisions.
