Specializes in

Anxiety and Depression

Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW who specializes in anxiety, depression, women’s issues(perinatal and postpartum) cultural/racial issues, and individuals dealing with everyday stress. I treat teenagers and adults from various cultural backgrounds.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that my job as your therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to share your experiences, thoughts, feelings and goals without judgment. I use a person centered approach and will use the following evidence-based interventions: cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused, motivational interviewing, and trauma focused. I adapt each intervention based on your individual needs and goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I want to help clients be the best versions of themselves and to assist them with finding their voice and their inner strength. My hope is that clients understand that growth is a process and to always give themselves grace. I want my clients to celebrate reaching their individual goals and to continue to use tools they learned in therapy throughout their life. Most importantly I am your partner in this healing journey and you do not have to do life alone.
