Therapy can offer insight, relief, and hope, especially when you feel there is no place to turn. Your therapist should be your partner in this process; your safe space where you can open up without feeling judged. I will provide you with that safe space, a place to share your feelings and experiences and not feel judged. Once I can do this, then the work begins.
