Great to meet you!

I have worked in the social services field for the past twelve years. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University. I became licensed by the State of Ohio, in 2016. I have worked in an array of settings in the mental health field such as School counseling, Outpatient counseling, Group addiction counseling, Adolescent PHP settings, families in the homeless population and psychiatric hospitals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In continuing this work, I am focused on ensuring my person-centered approach remains nonjudgmental and supportive. I will utilize skills that are developed from treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

What you can expect from our first session

Clients will leave sessions feeling heard, validated and will have tangible practices/tools to apply outside of sessions.
