Great to meet you!

I have an In-Person and Telehealth practice in NYC & High Falls, NY, in the Hudson Valley. I have been working as a therapist for 15 years, working with families, adults in inpatient and outpatient units and have a background in fine arts and psychology. I aim to work with people who are ready to see a transformation in their lives. Please reach out to me for specific location and times. I accept Cigna and offer sliding scale payments.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My sessions are a combination of psychotherapy and Art Therapy depending on client needs. I collect family history and personal history information to better understand past experiences that may have impacted your current life. I take a holistic approach to therapy and meet clients where they are. I will assist you in unraveling your inner questions and assist you in pursuing your dreams. I believe that you can build new tools that will help you to better cope and manage daily obstacles.

What you can expect from our first session

I am interested in working with you if you feel ready to make changes in your life. I believe that through therapeutic art-making, you will begin to understand your inner self. In our work together you will discover positive ways of approaching obstacles in you daily life. My goal is for clients to create the life they want to have by gently working together to fearlessly explore new possibilities that are realistic and attainable.
