Great to meet you!

I am the CEO of The Kairos Experience, PLLC and a LCSW in NC that specializes in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, behavioral issues in children and adolescents, positive parenting, healing from narcissistic abuse, and pregnancy & postpartum mental health. I am also trained in the Gottman Method, an evidence based treatment for couples. Expect sessions with me to be a Kairos Experience, a moment in your life worth waiting for and will never forget, but will always treasure.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I communicate honestly and transparently with clients about all necessary documentation so that you are actively involved in the treatment you receive. I give therapeutic assignments, activities, and strategies so clients can become self-sufficient and self-aware when not in session. I do not believe one therapeutic approach fits all so services rendered are catered to each client's specific needs. Services rendered by me are primarily faith based (Christian counseling) but not entirely.

What you can expect from our first session

Typical clients desire to grow spiritually in Jesus Christ but may struggle with mental health related issues like depression, anxiety, ADHD, childhood trauma, parenting, and relationship issues. If you are seeking godly counseling and a spiritual transformation that manifests change in your mental health, you are in the right place. The Kairos Experience, PLLC offers divine spiritual interventions that will change your life forever.
