I have had the privilege of experiencing life in Africa, Brazil, and France, exposing me to diverse cultures, religions, & languages. This exposure sparked a deep fascination with observing human behavior and cultural impacts. Seeking to understand more about these impacts, I pursued a bachelor's degree in sociology & anthropology and eventually a Master of Science degree with dual specializations in clinical mental health counseling and marriage, couple, and family counseling and therapy.

I work from a trauma-informed and strengths-based perspective, integrating elements from solution-focused brief therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, CBT, and positive psychology.
