"I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become." Carl Gustav Jung

Have you ever said “ I will never drink/use again” only to find yourself hours later drinking and/or using? Do you feel isolated, alone and misunderstood? Do you find yourself stuck in the same patterns of behavior and unable to break free? Is it hard to take a pause, slow down, be present? YOU have all the solutions and answers to what you might be struggling with, but sometimes we can get stuck in old patterns of thinking and acting. An outside perspective can help us gain understanding and develop new skills to cope with past and current stressors. There is no blame or judgement but rather curiosity, emphasizing strengths, self-care and compassion.

My goal is to instill a sense of hope that change is possible and to be a guide to individuals seeking solutions to their challenges. It is never too late to make a decision to change your life and it is my honor and privilege to serve as a guide throughout your journey.

My professional experience has been working with adults struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress management, anger, self-image, self-worth and attachment. I have worked in adult residential addiction treatment setting, partial hospitalization programs (PHP) for addiction and co-occurring mental health and outpatient (OP). I currently work fulltime in an Opioid Treatment clinic and will be seeing Private clients on part-time basis initially.
