Great to meet you!

I help individuals resolve and heal from the negative impact of toxic stress and/or painful life experiences and gain the tools they need to develop the skills they need to adapt and thrive.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am responsive to the needs each individual presents but I am trained in trauma-focused treatments including EMDR.

What you can expect from our first session

Individuals will be provided with a full and comprehensive evaluation and will engage in formulating the goals for their treatments and work with me each week towards achieving them while learning and expanding their consciousness about their feelings and needs.
